It's Turkey Time! Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday of the year. You get to sit back and think of all the things you're grateful for and generally feel the love. There's no pressure to get anyone gifts yet. You can watch lots of football or the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade (or in my case, see the new Muppet Movie). It's the one day of the year where you can completely lay low.
If you're on the road to fitness, though, a holiday like Thanksgiving can seem like a complete diversion in the plan. IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE. The key is having a game plan ahead of time to tackle this Day of Eating. Here are a few tips to get your plan off the ground:

Izzy, this is amazing! Quite the transformation in such a short time. I really enjoyed reading this blog and watching the videos. About to go workout and its given me a tone of ideas. No more idling on the treadmill for an hour! El
