What were your initial goals when you started training?
My initial goals were strength training and balance (I am prone to falling) and weight loss.
How do you think your sessions have helped you?
My sessions have helped with all of the above. What I didn't expect has been the increase in my energy.
What have you enjoyed most about your training?
What I've enjoyed most about my training is being able to feel good as my body has been going through mid-life changes.
Do you have any fitness goals for 2014?
My fitness goals are to keep doing what i'm doing at the gym and add more daily yin yoga for flexibiliity to my routine.
How would you describe your philosophy about exercise and nutrition?
I'm a huge believer in nutrition and nourishing foods. Giving up gluten and most sugar has helped me tremendously with my fitness goals. You can't have exercise without eating right, at least at this stage of the game!
