CleanSlate28 Starts Monday, April 22nd!

In 28 days, you will learn to:​

~ Reduce Your Snack & Drink Consumption
~ Avoid Mindless Eating
~ Add More Vegetables To Your Plate
~ Make Time To Fit In Your Workouts


What is CleanSlate28?

CleanSlate28 is nutrition coaching to serve you for life.

Yeah, I know. Sounds cheesy.

But whenever someone asks what the best diet is for a healthy body -- Paleo? Keto? Mediterranean? -- I always answer the same way. It's whichever diet works the best with YOUR lifestyle. 

Fad diets come and they go but what stays for the rest of your life are your habits and skills. And THAT'S what we work to build in this 28-day program. 

Here's how it works:
  • You will work on one different habit or skill over each week of the program.  This Spring we are working toward:
    • Reducing snacks and calorie-containing drinks -- basically reducing empty calories
    • Reducing mindless eating 
    • Eating more veggies
    • Making time for exercise!
  • You will receive emails every day that focus on that particular week's habit.
  • You get to communicate directly with me throughout the 28 days and get 1-on-1 help.
  • You will get daily accountability with Izzy with daily check-ins right on your phone using the MyCoach app which only take a few seconds! Or through your computer, whatever works better for you :) 
You will also:
  • Be part of a closed Facebook group where CleanSlaters can communicate with each other.
  • Get a workout program for the month with progressions for each week.
  • Not be expected to get a "perfect score". Habits and skills are built over time and with repetition and consistency. 
  • Get various resources to help you plan and succeed.
