Core Work: Back to Basics

About 8 out of 10 new clients who come to IzzyFit say they need to strengthen their "core". When asked what that means to them, there are a variety of answers from "doing crunches" to "holding long planks".

Core strength isn't just about your "6-pack" muscles. It's about your whole trunk: The front, the sides and back side! Core strength is about learning what needs to be stable and what needs to be mobile so the rest of your body is free to do what it's supposed to!

This class will be spent learning the building blocks of core strength and you'll go home with an action-packed list of what to do on your own to continue getting stronger. 


This class is for all levels. That said, if you are currently suffering from a back injury, sit this one out until you are healed and have your doctor's clearance.

WHEN: Saturday, August 23

TIME: 9:30-10:30AM

WHERE: Chiropractic First, 1609 Chicago Ave, Evanston

COST: $20

NOTES: Please wear comfortable clothes you can move around in.
