Learn how to finally get -- and keep -- results in a sane and empowering way.
Our relationship with food can be as volatile as the feelings we had toward our first crush. We really, really like it. We can’t stop thinking about it. We simply can’t get enough of it. OMG, now we love it. We rearrange our lives to get close to it. And then one day we wake up and realize we’ve let this relationship take over our lives and we decide to make a change.
Most of my clients come to me because what they've tried in the past to look and feel better worked for a short while... and then totally backfired, causing them to boomerang right back where they started. I created CleanSlate28, my nutrition coaching program, out of a need to give my clients to tools to look and feel better not just for that short while but for the rest of their lives.
HOW WE MAKE THAT CHANGE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PIECE OF THE PUZZLE
Too often we’ve gone to extremes to to look or feel better. We’ve vilified entire food groups like fats and carbs. Or we’ve done away with food altogether for a week to learn how to “chew” kale juice. We tried to convince ourselves that bacon-wrapped bologna was delicious. If we can make time for ourselves beyond work and family obligations, we expect to go to the gym 5 times a week and to only eat clean, unprocessed foods that we’ve grown and raised ourselves. Essentially: We've used food (and likely exercise) as punishment.
WHO HAS TIME FOR THAT?
YOU DESERVE BETTER
The diet industry teaches us that we need to make sacrifices to reach our goals. We get shamed into becoming smaller versions of ourselves instead of standing tall, empowered to take back ownership of our bodies and our health. It IS possible to reach your goals without feeling like you have to move heaven and earth. CleanSlate28 is IzzyFit's very own guided 28-day nutrition program that has helped many people over the last few years see results in a positive and empowering way. Feel and look better on YOUR terms, in a way that you can joyfully live with well beyond 28 days. And do it in a caring way that treats you like you should be treated: As a capable, smart person who is doing something good for yourself. Go from having that first-crush-type of relationship with food to a compassionate, nurturing, long-term partnership. Ready to give it a go?
