Here are the biggest struggles my clients have faced on their journey to better health and weight loss when they come to me. They:

We know what we “should” do to lose weight. The missing puzzle piece is HOW. How can we approach weight loss and better health with confidence in our abilities to not only reach our goals but to then maintain when we have reached our goal?
Enter IzzyFit’s online group coaching program! This program was created to help fix those most common struggles I listed above!
This is a 6-month online group coaching program that will pull you into a supportive community that has similar goals as yours and who will be experiencing the program right alongside you. Every two weeks, you and the group will be introduced to one new habit that can be individualized to your own comfort level and ability. I won't ever tell you to eliminate your favorite food. I won't ever tell you you should feel like you're being deprived of fun and living and happiness in order to reach your goal. What I WILL do is give you the information you need for each of those two weeks and empower you all to take the wheel. Going in on this together will not only foster a community that is supportive of one another but that can also provide accountability.
You will communicate with Izzy and the group in your private Facebook group throughout the duration of the program several times throughout the week. You will also have access to Izzy over email if needed!

Why is this program 6 months long? Change takes time, especially when you are looking to make long-term lifestyle changes. The desire to make these long-term changes requires a certain amount of commitment which is why we’re taking our time to do things the right way.
Plus, when we take on a new habit, it will feel like work for a little while. It should, it’s new. But once practiced for some time, it will become more and more ingrained and second-nature. That won’t happen with a 21-day challenge but it should over months of practice.
What's the investment? The cost of the program is $89/month. What if the habit isn’t for me? Like I mentioned, all of the habits can be scaled to fit your confidence level. For example, if one habit is to “Eat more slowly”, that will mean something different for everyone: Does that mean add 5 minutes to your eating time or 15? Are you confident you can practice that every day or do you need to start with twice/week? Now, if you really feel that the habit is not for you (like, if you already take a long time to eat, for example), we can come up with another habit for you to practice.
What if I don’t have Facebook? Setting up a private, unsearchable account is very simple and I’m happy to walk you through the process. The secret group setting on Facebook seems to be the most effective communication tool for the majority of people which means you would need to have an account to participate in the group. You are able to set up an account with a different name, set up your privacy settings so no one can find you and there’s no need to use a profile picture! If you still do not want to have a Facebook account, I am happy to talk to you about private nutrition coaching instead.
What are some of the habits? Some of the habits include learning how to meal plan; adding more veggies to meals; drinking more water; fitting in more exercise; going to bed at the same time each night (yes, there will be some “breaks” in the focus on nutrition so we can also focus on good exercise/sleep/stress management techniques). Each habit builds onto the next so the progression makes sense.
What if I have a vacation/wedding/stressful week? Well, that’s the great thing about this program: You will be able to follow it regardless of where you are and what your life brings on. The program is all about learning how to set yourself up for success when real life happens. Which is EVERY DAY.
How do I know if this program is right for me? Honestly, I think anyone who has felt frustrated/betrayed/angered/overwhelmed by their weight loss efforts in the past can benefit from this. I obviously cannot guarantee results because I’m not a fortune teller. But I can tell you that your relationship to food will change for the better and that, in turn, will allow you to get after your goals. So if you’re looking to feel better (whether that means losing weight, gaining weight, feeling more comfortable in your own skin, feeling more in control, feeling happy and not deprived), then I really believe this is your answer.
