Strong Glutes, Long Life: Four Weeks to a Stronger Core and Booty
To celebrate IzzyFit's 10th anniversary, IzzyFit is launching a four-week class dedicated to strengthening the core and glutes, mobilizing the hips, and helping you feel like you could move mountains.
Spend any time with me at the studio and you'll hear me say, "The stronger your glutes, the longer your life!" Why? Because the more strength and control you have over your core -- which includes those wonderful glute muscles -- the stronger and safer you get to navigate the world whether you're climbing the stairs in your home or hiking the Grand Canyon.
We'll meet on Zoom for four Saturdays (at 8AM Central/9AM Eastern) and four Wednesdays (at noon Central/1PM Eastern) for 45 minutes. Classes will be recorded in case you cannot make the class live (or want to repeat the classes any time!). See exact dates below.
