Hey, friends! In an effort to help more of us feel better in this Time of Corona, I am offering a free 15-minute movement booster every Friday at 11:45AM US Central Time. It's an opportunity for us to carve out time for ourselves to get the body moving gently, get air into our lungs and blood flowing into bodies that might be moving a little less than they were a few months ago. This is open to anyone at any age and physical level!
